This is not about being judgmental. This is about trusting YOU!
Have you ever been burned? Who hasn’t, right? It’s happened to most of us…you think you know someone, until you realize, you don’t. There is an easier way to tap into your trust of others.
When I had Barbara Roberts, famous Face Reader, on the show, she shared some stories on how she’s been able to help so many people and companies align with the right partners, employees and people, based on their facial features. It was a fascinating topic. If you want to know more, you can catch it right HERE. According to Barbara, you can tell SO MUCH about a person just by looking at their face. I love her work and her expertise.
There are other ways you can learn to trust your judgement of others that are equally as powerful. Here are three of them:
1. Your Intuition
Your “sixth sense” is the most powerful sense of all, in my opinion! We all have the power to tap into our intuition and follow its clues and guidance. Trust your gut feeling. It is never wrong! My belief is we have three minds: our head, our heart, and our gut. Listen to the heart and gut first before you listen to your head.
2. Your Ears
Use your listening skills to finely “tune in” to what someone is saying to you. When someone tells you who they are, BELIEVE them! If you’re a woman looking to date a man, and the man tells you, “I love women” please believe him! If you’re looking for an exclusive relationship with someone who only has eyes for you, he is probably not the guy for you! Maybe you’re looking to fill a position within your company, and the candidate speaks negatively about all the previous employers he’s worked for, you can believe he will do the same about yours.
3. Your Head
After you “tune in” and trust your initial “gut” reaction to someone, if there’s any question or doubt, the next thing to do is to ask around about this person. Do your due diligence and find out what other people think about him/her. Ask for referrals, their opinions, their experiences working with this individual, etc. This is a good practice both personally and professionally. While you ultimately want to decide for yourself how you feel about someone, it’s smart to inquire as well before you make your decision.
Have fun using these resources to help you attract more of the right kind of people you want to in your life.

Quote: “Depend upon yourself. Make your judgement trustworthy by trusting it. You can develop good judgement as you do the muscles of your body – by judicious, daily exercise. To be known as a man of sound judgement will be much in your favor.” ~ Grantland Rice
