Intention: I HAVE TODAY…to replace my Anxiety with Anticipation!

Number 5 is replacing Anxiety with Anticipation.
Dr. Bruce Lipton states that 95% of disease is caused by mental stressors. Doing daily, consistent work on mindset and the role it’s playing in your life needs to be a priority. It is the Key to everything!
Perception is an interesting thing. No two people think alike or see things the same way. While we live in this big world, the only world that matters is the one you perceive!
Here are 2 Ways how you can stop your anxiety and replace it with anticipation to be living a happier, more fulfilling life:
You Need to Meditate!
I can’t emphasize enough the impact that meditating will have on your life. It will change it, I promise! Spiritually, Emotionally, Mentally and Physically. One of the greatest benefits from daily meditation is the ability to respond to life instead of reacting to it. It gives you the space to have momentary pauses, which is the gap you need to respond to life’s “challenges” instead of always being in reactionary mode. That momentary pause is such a gift! 2. Listen to the teachings of Abraham Hicks
I’m a huge fan of the teachings of Abraham Hicks and attribute much of what I do now because of the teachings. One of the best lessons I learned was that THINGS ARE ALWAYS WORKING OUT FOR US! Here is one of the brilliant mantras I learned and use whenever I’m up against something that might have caused me to feel anxiety:
“SINCE things are always working out for me, I know I’ll know the answers to this as some point; so, in the meantime, I’m going to live in anticipation of what’s to come.”
The truth is…you don’t want to know every single outcome in life. How boring! If you can learn to love living in the “discomfort” of not needing to know and be comfortable being in the “unknown” then the universe can surprise and delight you! Have you ever had an experience or outcome that was way better than you thought it would be? If the answer is yes, then you know what I’m talking about.
I have a morning mantra I say every day when my feet hit the floor. It is, “I HAVE TODAY TO LOVE MY LIFE! SOMETHING REALLY GOOD IS GOING TO HAPPEN TO ME TODAY, I CAN FEEL IT! MIRACLES, BIG AND SMALL, I NOTICE THEM ALL…YES, YES, YES! THANK YOU!” By saying this, I’ve set myself up for daily miracles and I live in anticipation of them and find them all day long.
If you’re feeling “anxious” it’s because you think that past events are going to repeat themselves. But, if you focus your energy and attention on the positive instead, you can replace those feelings of anxiousness with anticipation instead.
