Intention: I HAVE TODAY…to let go of stress forever!

Stress is such a killer! 95% of all diseases are caused by stress. Chronic pain, headaches, body aches, GI issues, depression, bi-polar, manic depression, are just some of the symptoms. There’s really no such thing as “disease”…but merely “dis-ease of the mind.” Of all the 95% of diseases that are caused by stress, they all fall under conditions in the mind.
So, if disease can be caused by the mind, can’t the cure come from the mind, too? The answer is YES!
Anything is possible for you if you open your mind to the possibilities! Therefore, TODAY our show is about how you can CHOOSE to make the shift. Let’s get rid of STRESS and replace it with SURRENDER!
Surrender sounds weak, when the opposite is actually true. Surrender means you give up the struggle of the stress. In this show, I share the 3 “A’s” to get you there.
1. ALLOW
In this universe, there is no such thing as “force.” Everything is allowance. If you are struggling with anything in your life…if it feels hard and you are trying to force an outcome, it’s not working! We live in a universe that flows and goes…naturally. When you understand this, you “let go” of the struggles, which cause stress, and step into a space of allowance. When it’s stressing you out, back away from it, look up and say, “I’m letting go of this, and I’m going to allow something greater than me to step in and help me. I’m going to allow the answers to come.” This is called the “receptive mode.” When you live in the “receptive mode” the universe will literally bring you the solution. It’s fantastic! Tap into the allowance and watch miracle and magic to begin to flow right to you!
2. ASK
Ask for help, guidance and support! Have you ever prayed and asked for something, and then it showed up? That’s happening and available to you all the time! The universe is waiting for you, 24/7, to ask for help! One of the tricks I use and teach my clients when they are having a bad day and feel like nothing is working out right for them is to ask aloud, “Why Does This Day Keep Getting Better and Better?” Instantly, the energy shifts and the day starts getting better and better! If you’re stressed out, surrender and ask that question and watch the same thing start happening for you!
3. ASSUME
Yeah, Yeah…we all know the old expression…”don’t assume, because when I do it makes an ass out of you and me!” Wrong! Instead, ASSUME A POSITIVE OUTCOME! Don’t assume the other shoe is going to drop. That is a bad assumption! That does not help you at all! Assume the best outcome. Assume that the situation is working in your favor. It’s not our natural state to be “stressed out.” Our brains have that mechanism because we used to have to be on alert for survival. But, when that was happening, those short bursts of “fight or flight” would only last for a few minutes. Then, we’d return back to a relaxed, calm state. We needed that to keep safe from predators in our early evolution.
Now, it’s constant! We’re stressed out about so many things. Our pineal gland and our adrenal glands are beyond fatigued, and that stress is causing all the illnesses we’re experiencing. Assume you have everything you need…which in this moment, as you read this, you DO! You’ve had food and water today, you slept in a bed today, you have breath in your lungs…there’s nothing else you need! Surrender the rest! Give it up!
You have a choice. You can CHOOSE right now to NEVER say the word “stress” again! In my work with clients, I teach them how to remove the word from their vocabulary and it’s made such a significant difference in their lives! What could it do for yours? Decide right now and affirm,
“I REFUSE to feel and say this anymore. I’ve lived this way long enough and I declare right now to surrender, and I allow, ask and assume instead!”
Words have so much power. But, they only have power if we give them power. So, let go of stress and live with surrender…it’s stronger, it’s more powerful, and it’s a whole lot easier!
