Three Steps to Easily Forgive Anyone of Anything
- Remember the 3 levels of forgiveness.
- Practice the “I forgive you” chant.
- Stop thinking about and talking about it.
“The difference between someone who can’t let go of their pain, and someone who has moved on, is the thoughts and words associated with the experience… we can’t change the events that occur in our lives, but we can change the way we view them. Thereby changing the emotions we have attached to them.”
