Every once in a while, I come across someone who is SO DIFFERENT than anyone else I’ve ever experienced, and Brian Ridgway is one of those people!

 

He spent $300,000, 30 years, and thousands of hours on personal development… mindset, religion, spirituality, business, money….you name it, he has done it!  And you know what he discovered…that he didn’t know “shit!”…(his words, not mine.)

Being a Spiritual Psychologist and a Special Education Expert, Gina Ann has worked with thousands of children in her career.

Daniel Bruce Levin was my guest on “I HAVE TODAY” to talk about some interesting topics, including living in a 5D reality, the Oneness that is happening right now despite appearances, and his incredible book!

 

His book, “The Mosaic” which is a beautiful story about a boy seeking the answers to his parents’ untimely deaths exactly 2 years apart…on the 4th of July.  He was only 13 and 15 when this happened.

 

This book reminded me of “The Alchemist” in that each page pierced me in a beautiful way.  You must read his book, “The Mosaic.”  It will touch you in ways you can’t even imagine.

 

What’s so fascinating about Danny is he walked away from a huge opportunity to run a billion dollar business to seek this truth.  He also walked away from being ordained a Rabbi in Jerusalem…the day before it was to happen! Lastly, Danny became the Director of Business Development at Hay House and played a big part in helping it grow from $3 Million to $100 Million!

 

So, what does all this have to do with 5D living and I Have Today?…Tune in to find out!

 

He blends mysticism and business and is a rare kinda wonderful person and soul.  And now, I call him friend. He’s a really cool guy to talk to, learn from and hang out with!

In august of 2015, I saw a video of Esther Hicks, who was channeling Abraham, that changed my life!

It was a rampage about love, and I could literally feel my heart opening, healing and expanding!!!  From that moment on, I was hooked.

I attribute much of my expansion, teachings, and manifestations to the lessons I’ve learned from Abraham hicks.

I read the book, “ask and it is given” and highlighted so many pages!  I’ve done many of the 22 processes in the back of the book.  I consider this book one of my top 5 favorite books of all time.  It’s that good!!

Today, I’m going to share some of the most profound lessons I’ve learned from the collective consciousness known as Abraham that so eloquently communicates through Esther hicks for the betterment and enlightenment of all of us.  I hope this helps you on your journey.

Here are 5 of the top lessons I learned:

    1. The only goal is to be happy!
    2. Whatever you focus on gets bigger
    3. You can’t ask and doubt at the same time
    4. Let go of the oars, because everything you want is downstream

Manifest Your Ideal Body! // EP75: I Have Today

Intention Statement:  I HAVE TODAY…to love my body, head to toe!

 

Your body is energy!!!  And, since you’re a creator, you can literally change your body to be anything you want it to be!!!

 

You can be/have:

  • Taller
  • Thinner
  • More muscular
  • Thicker hair
  • Smoother skin
  • Bigger boobs
  • You name it, you can create it!!!

Talk to your body to change it…speak to your cells, because your cells will literally do whatever you tell them to do!!!  You’re the boss, the one in control, the one with the power!

 

Here’s how:

 

  1. Believe you can do this!!!

Meaning…let go of any limiting thoughts that make you say things like:

    • I’m big boned
    • I don’t have that type of body
    • I gain weight in my hips/butt/thigh area, or my mid-section
    • I’ve always had acne
    •  I have a terrible memory
    •  I’m getting old
    •  I can’t do things like I used to
  1. Visualization

Before Bed – Make it real in your mind.  Before you head off to slumber is a great time to manifest your ideal body!  Wayne dyer used to call it “marinating!!!”

 

  1. Affirm it

You absolutely, positively, without question, must, must, must speak to your body about you want it to do for you and what you want it to look like as if it is already done!!!

Say things like:

    • I have beautiful, thick hair
    • My eyes are perfectly healthy with 20/20 vision
    •  It’s easy for me to maintain my ideal body weight, etc.

I’m going to help you do #3.  I’ve created a mantra meditation called, “My Ideal Body”.  And I’ve got you covered…head to toe…inside and out…absolutely all of you!!!

How to Stay Positive When You’re Going Through Hard Times // EP74: I Have Today

Intention Statement:  I HAVE TODAY…to Only Look at the POSITIVE!

 

How do you see the light at the end of the tunnel when you feel stuck in the dark?  I get asked this question so often.  

Two stories I’ve shared are about two separate women who constantly tell me what’s wrong with them.  They wake up and ask, “Ok, what other bad news is coming my way today?…because I’m strong and I can handle it!”  

That is, unfortunately, the exact opposite of what they should be saying.  You know the expression, “Ask, and you shall receive?” Well, whatever you ask for, you WILL receive.  Therefore, when times are tough, please don’t ask for more!

I shared WHY this is happening at the beginning of the episode, but TODAY’s show is all about WHAT TO DO and HOW TO DO IT.  Please tune in to learn how you can stay positive during the hard times.

 

The take-aways:

 

1. You MUST Be in a State of GRATITUDE

 

One of the best “secrets” I learned about how to stay in gratitude is from Rhonda Byrne, the creator of “The Secret!”  In her book, The Power, she teaches you that you only need to tip the scale to 51% being positive, and living in love and gratitude, to shift things in favor of you and a positive direction.  It’s a must read. I read it once a year. You can get your own copy right here.

 

The How:

  • Read the book, “The Power” by Rhonda Byrne
  • Do a Daily List of Gratitude

 

2. You MUST Only Look at Things in a Positive Way

 

Don’t talk negatively about anyone or anything.  Don’t be dissing your boss, or coworkers, or mother, or spouse, or anyone!!!  THAT will give you more of exactly what you have, which is what you don’t want!

 

The How:

  • Rewrite the scenario!
  • Put a $ Million Dollar Bill $ in your Bra or Pocket!  (Get them here)

 

3. You MUST Stay Happy

 

Abraham Hicks says, “Your work is to be Happy.  Period.” That is our only work here. In order to be in an abundant vibration, you must keep your energy, attitude, frequency, and vibration high, high, high!

 

The How:

  • Stop Asking for What You Want Over and Over Again!
  • Learn How to do “Segment Intending”

 

Final Takeaway:  The Universe is Bored Waiting for You to Ask for What You Want!!!

Why You Should Never Stop Learning // EP72: I Have Today

Intention Statement:  I HAVE TODAY…to be A Student of Life!

One of the decisions I made at the beginning of the year was to declare this year as “The Year of Radical Changes.”  I have made a change every single week. Some weeks, I’ve removed a habit, and some weeks, I’ve added in something new.

This week, I started a program to learn how to speed read.  It’s something that I have wanted to do for a very long time, but I just couldn’t seem to make the commitment.  I had no excuses, either! I had Howard Berg on the show awhile back.  Howard is the the Guiness Book of World Records holder for reading more than 25,000 words a minute! 

As a gift for having him on as a guest, Howard gifted me his entire program! What a generous gift! I even had purchased the “Kwik Method” by world renown Learning Expert Jim Kwik.  As you can see, I had all the best INTENTIONS, but I was not living the “I HAVE TODAY” Way when it came to doing this!  

Well, no more…I am committed.  I’m in. I’m doing it!

But, it got me thinking about why I wanted to do this so badly, and the reason is there are so many books I want to read, but there never seems to be as much time.

Did you know that the amount of information that has ever been created since the beginning of time up until the year 2000 is now created in only 2 DAYS!  It’s incredible! There’s no way to keep up with all of the information that is available to us. That’s one reason why you should never stop learning.

  1. Learning Keeps Your Brain Active and Alive!
  2. “Knowing” and “Learning” Can’t Happen At The Same Time.  (This is for you all you “Know It All”s out there 🙂
  3. Your Knowledge is Your Power.

Since I learned about the Law of Attraction and studied Mindset and Manifestation, I have used both to heal many conditions for myself and others. 

On today’s show, I interviewed Aaron Gendle. Aaron is a Best-Selling Author of the book, “Conquest: 10 Simple Steps to Conquer Life and Leave a Lasting Legacy.”

Aaron wrote the book because he wanted to share his journey of healing his Crohn’s Disease through the power of his mindset. In healing illness with the subconscious, he decided to create “Write a Book University” so that others could share their stories and help the world become a better place.

Here are 3 Ways to help you HEAL YOUR BODY WITH YOUR MIND.

  • Meditation:  During my TEDx Talk, I shared a POWERFUL SELF-WORTH Mantra Meditation that enabled the audience to learn their power and ability to do anything they wanted.  It was so transformative. When you meditate, you quiet the “stressors” in your mind that are the cause of 95% of diseases. You allow your central nervous system to rest.
  • Gratitude:  When you practice gratitude every day for everything, you move the energy and focus on positive…not negative!  In Anita Moorjani’s book, “Dying to be Me” she wrote of her story of her illness. It took her all the way to the end of crossing over and how she came back.  And, it was all through living with gratitude.
  • Visualization:  If you want to be healthy, you must “see” yourself as healthy.  Close your eyes and visualize what that would look like and be like.  As Wayne Dyer used to say, “you must see it to believe it.”

How to Communicate to Get What You Want // EP68: I Have Today

I HAVE TODAY…to be a Good Communicator.

How do you feel about your communication skills?  Could they use a little bit of work maybe? This week, there were two separate scenarios that came up with clients of mine that involved being a better, more effective communicator.  So, I took it as a sign that it might make for a good topic of the show this week.  

In my book, “I HAVE TODAY…Find Your Passion, Purpose and Smile…Finally!” I wrote a chapter called, “Communication without Emotion.”  Now, you might be saying, “Diane…I don’t want to communicate with emotion!  In fact, I want to make sure my emotions are communicated clearly and effectively!”  That is not what that chapter is about. It’s about communicating in a way that the OTHER PERSON doesn’t get a negative emotional charge from what you’re communicating.  

During this episode, I share the two stories of what happened with my clients this week, and how they were able to communicate much better and more effectively just by making small, subtle shifts in their delivery.

8 Tips to Naturally Fall Asleep Fast and Stay Asleep! // EP67: I Have Today

Intention:  I HAVE TODAY…to Sleep Peacefully Through The Night!

 

While doing some research on why many of my clients can’t seem to fall asleep or stay asleep all night, I read an article that stated about 1 in 4 Americans suffer from INSOMNIA.  I used to be one of them!  For many, many years, I would fall asleep early…between 9 to 11 pm. Sleep for a few hours, wake up between 1am to 2am. Be wide awake for 3-4 hours, fall asleep around 5am. Then wake up to the alarm clock feeling completely exhausted and unmotivated to get out of bed.  

 

Our sleeptime is so essential to our physical and emotional health and well being.  The healing and regeneration of cells happens while we sleep.

 

It was so frustrating!  After many years of doing that, I got intentional and I made some changes to my sleeping habits.  Once I did, I began getting 7 solid hours of uninterrupted sleep ever since!

 

Here are 8 Secrets (plus a bonus secret) to help you to not only fall asleep fast, but stay asleep all night!

 

 

Your bed is for sex and sleep!

 

 

There are only two things you should be doing in your bed, and that’s having sex or sleeping.  Nothing else should be done in there! Do not watch TV, eat, work on your laptop, talk on the phone, or anything else that’s not related to sleeping.  If you honor and treat your bed for what it’s designed to do for you, whenever you climb into it, one of those two things will happen for you! (Reading in bed because it relaxes you, and listening to meditations is allowed, too.  Those are things that get you to your end goal of sleep.)

 

 

Make sure your bed is clear of any clutter!

 

 

The only thing that should be on your bed are your sheets, blankets and pillows, and of course, you (and your partner.)  Don’t get into bed with clothes on the end of it, books, your laptop, folded laundry, etc. Not even your bathrobe should be on the edge of your bed!  A cluttered bed creates cluttered energy, which will create clutter in your mind. Your bed should be clean and pristine!

 

 

Use Lavender Essential Oil or Spray.

 

 

Lavender is calming and relaxing and helps you to sleep.  You can put Lavender Essential Oil or Lavender Bubbles in the bath.  Use the oil to dab some on your temples, behind your ears, under your nose, on your third eye chakra.  You can also purchase Lavender Spray and spray your pillowcase with it. Keep some on your bedside table.

 

 

PICK A BEDTIME AND STICK TO IT!

 

 

Of all the tips, this may be the most important tip of all!  Be committed to getting to bed at the same time every night! Make it a non-negotiable habit.  Just like you set your alarm clock for the same time every morning, you need to set a time to be in bed, lights out.  You want to command your body to adhere to this routine. The memory muscle will strengthen, and when that time approaches, you’ll look forward to going to bed because you know you’re about to get a great night’s sleep.  If you fall asleep on the couch, watching TV, or stay out too late, and you don’t give your body the bedtime command, it gets confused and out of alignment.

 

 

No TV or Devices 30 Minutes Before Bed.

 

 

Your mind needs time to calm down and prepare for the “alpha” state, which is the brain wave state you enter as you begin to fall asleep.  Give it time to “un”process the stimulation from the TV show you were watching, or the internet and social media surfing you were doing. If you go to bed, or fall asleep while being engaged with your devices, there’s a good chance you will have a restless night sleep and wake up feeling that same frenetic energy that you went to bed with.  This “down” time can be used for sitting in meditation, writing in your journal, taking a bath or shower, enjoying a cup of herbal tea while listening to light music.  

 

 

Create a List of Gratitude About Your Day.

 

 

Either just before getting into bed, or immediately after you get into bed, think about your day and all the things you are grateful for that happened during the day.  You can either write them in a journal, think about them in your mind, say them aloud, and be sure to add “Thank You.”

You can NEVER express too much gratitude.  The more grateful you are, the more you receive to be grateful for!

 

 

Set the Intention for a Beautiful Night’s Sleep!

 

 

Your body will do whatever you tell it to do!  So, tell your body what you want!!! Say aloud, “I set the intention to have a beautiful night’s sleep, have vivid dreams with answers to my questions and have my prayers answered, to get a solid 6, 7, or 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep, and wake up feeling refreshed, well rested and full of energy!   Try this, and watch how effectively it works! If you give your body the specific instructions, it can’t help but follow your commands.

 

 

Be Cognizant of Daily Habits That Cause Insomnia.

 

 

It’s a good rule to make sure you don’t have any caffeine after 12 Noon.  If you typically get tired and sluggish mid-afternoon, try taking a 10 minute power nap, a quick and brisk walk, or do some deep breathing (I do my “Rainbow Breath Meditation” from my book, “I HAVE TODAY…Find Your Passion, Purpose & Smile…Finally!”.  It oxygenates the body quickly, and in 4 short breaths, you feel amazing!)  You may also want to avoid wine and any other alcoholic beverages because the sugar content will wake you up and keep you up in the middle of the night.

 

 

BONUS TIP:  Stop drinking water by 6pm at night to avoid bathroom trips.  

 

 

Do your best to get your liquids (especially water) in you during the day and to stop drinking large quantities after 6pm.  That helped me so much! What I do is set an alarm on my phone every two hours beginning at 10am and end at 6pm, with a “WATER” reminder.  That way, I get my daily required water early in the day. Another tip can do is sleep with a glass of water next to the bed, only sip on it if necessary, but wait until the morning to drink it.  When you first awake, drink the whole glass, which also boosts your metabolism.

 

These tips can help you get the solid sleep you need and will have you looking and feeling better!

Stress is such a killer!  95% of all diseases are caused by stress.  Chronic pain, headaches, body aches, GI issues, depression, bi-polar, manic depression, are just some of the symptoms.  There’s really no such thing as “disease”…but merely “dis-ease of the mind.” Of all the 95% of diseases that are caused by stress, they all fall under conditions in the mind.

 

So, if disease can be caused by the mind, can’t the cure come from the mind, too?  The answer is YES!

 

Anything is possible for you if you open your mind to the possibilities!  Therefore, TODAY our show is about how you can CHOOSE to make the shift. Let’s get rid of STRESS and replace it with SURRENDER!

 

Surrender sounds weak, when the opposite is actually true.  Surrender means you give up the struggle of the stress. In this show, I share the 3 “A’s” to get you there.

 

1. ALLOW

In this universe, there is no such thing as “force.”  Everything is allowance. If you are struggling with anything in your life…if it feels hard and you are trying to force an outcome, it’s not working!  We live in a universe that flows and goes…naturally. When you understand this, you “let go” of the struggles, which cause stress, and step into a space of allowance.  When it’s stressing you out, back away from it, look up and say, “I’m letting go of this, and I’m going to allow something greater than me to step in and help me. I’m going to allow the answers to come.”  This is called the “receptive mode.”  When you live in the “receptive mode” the universe will literally bring you the solution.  It’s fantastic! Tap into the allowance and watch miracle and magic to begin to flow right to you!

 

2. ASK

Ask for help, guidance and support!  Have you ever prayed and asked for something, and then it showed up?  That’s happening and available to you all the time! The universe is waiting for you, 24/7, to ask for help!  One of the tricks I use and teach my clients when they are having a bad day and feel like nothing is working out right for them is to ask aloud, “Why Does This Day Keep Getting Better and Better?”  Instantly, the energy shifts and the day starts getting better and better!  If you’re stressed out, surrender and ask that question and watch the same thing start happening for you!

 

3. ASSUME

Yeah, Yeah…we all know the old expression…”don’t assume, because when I do it makes an ass out of you and me!”  Wrong! Instead, ASSUME A POSITIVE OUTCOME! Don’t assume the other shoe is going to drop. That is a bad assumption!  That does not help you at all! Assume the best outcome. Assume that the situation is working in your favor. It’s not our natural state to be “stressed out.”  Our brains have that mechanism because we used to have to be on alert for survival. But, when that was happening, those short bursts of “fight or flight” would only last for a few minutes.  Then, we’d return back to a relaxed, calm state. We needed that to keep safe from predators in our early evolution.

Now, it’s constant! We’re stressed out about so many things. Our pineal gland and our adrenal glands are beyond fatigued, and that stress is causing all the illnesses we’re experiencing.  Assume you have everything you need…which in this moment, as you read this, you DO! You’ve had food and water today, you slept in a bed today, you have breath in your lungs…there’s nothing else you need! Surrender the rest! Give it up!

 

You have a choice.  You can CHOOSE right now to NEVER say the word “stress” again!  In my work with clients, I teach them how to remove the word from their vocabulary and it’s made such a significant difference in their lives!  What could it do for yours? Decide right now and affirm,

“I REFUSE to feel and say this anymore.  I’ve lived this way long enough and I declare right now to surrender, and I allow, ask and assume instead!”  

 

Words have so much power.  But, they only have power if we give them power.  So, let go of stress and live with surrender…it’s stronger, it’s more powerful, and it’s a whole lot easier!
