What is “flow?” No, ladies, I’m not talking about that once a month occurrence that happens to our bodies. I’m referring to the releasing of resistance, negative energy and uninspired action, and allowing your life to unfold each moment of every day and allowing the universe to guide you to everything you want. Whether you realize it or not, the universe it guiding you anyway, but are you paying attention? So, when you learn how to flow and you release the resistance, man… does your life get better! It gets richer, happier, more peaceful, fun, spontaneous, and energized…. It’s incredible! This is truly the way we are supposed to be living.
When I’m working with clients, I help them clear away the blockages and negative talk, emotions and thoughts, and I help them look at things differently than they did before. That process creates massive, rapid results because they follow the processes and they WANT the changes! They don’t want to be “stuck” in patterns any longer…especially in their relationships.
In relationships where there is struggle, 99.99% of the time it is because there is resistance. One or both people is fighting for their viewpoint, and it is ego-based. They are not open-hearted enough or not coming from a heart-centered space to be able to see the other person’s perspective, and that causes a rift and friction. That tension causes the resistance, and there is no way that relationship can flow under those conditions. Therefore, if there was a heightened awareness of FLOW and the way it works, it would make conflict resolution so simple! It would make your communication and connection so deep. The couple would realize it’s not “his way” or “her way.” It’s just “the way.” And the way is flow…let it go and flow…flow towards the easiest, least resistant path.
How can we equate this to our relationships and the way this is working within the universe? Time is only moving in one direction. The water running down the river only goes downstream. That is the way the universe works! So, learning the art of flow is easy to do when you think about that visual. When you’re struggling with a situation, with anyone or anything, you are fighting the flow. You’re letting your ego get in the way. The universe is trying to let it in, but it cannot come to you because you are literally blocking the path of flow.
Flow allows you to release and let go of the outcome of somebody else’s agenda. Flow lets you trust the higher power and trust that it’s all working out for you. Here’s how you can practice it:
Step 1: Close Your Eyes and Imagine It’s Your 80th Birthday
This may seem silly, but try it! Imagine it’s your 80th birthday party. All the people you love are there celebrating you. As you sit there, in love and gratitude, look back on your life. In that moment, you realize that everything you ever wanted has come true for you and you have never needed to worry about anything! All your wishes came true and your life has been such a beautiful journey. You are happier than you’ve ever imagined, and you wish you didn’t waste all that time being worried or upset, or that you didn’t spend any time struggling. HAVE FUN with this exercise and do it as often as you need to! This is a great “go-to” when you feel like you’re struggling with something.
Step 2: Do the Placemat Exercise
This is from “Ask and It Is Given” by Esther and Abraham Hicks. In the back of the book, there are 22 Processes. This is one of them. This is SO MUCH FUN! Take out a piece of paper and draw a line down the middle. At the top of the left side write “Things I Want to Do and I Enjoy Doing” and on the right side write “What I want The Universe to Do for Me.” Under your column, write down the things you want to do and enjoy doing, and on the right side, list everything you don’t enjoy doing or you think is hard to do. Make the list on that side of the page as long as you want! Then, let go and FLOW! Let the universe go to work on that list. But, VERY IMPORTANT, you must PAY ATTENTION to all the signs from the universe coming to you…the phone calls you get out of the blue, the songs you hear, the surprises in the mail, the emails you get…all of it! This is a phenomenal practice!!! I use this process to powerfully manifest many things into my life. So, let this work for you!
Step 3: Follow Your Inspired Action and the Point of Least Resistance
This sounds lazy and unproductive, but only do things when you are in INSPIRED ACTION! If you’ve got something you should be doing, but you don’t feel like doing it…instead, you want to read a book, call a friend, take a walk, take a nap…do that instead. Do not do anything important without being in inspired action, because the results will not be good. It won’t be the quality you want it to be, you will struggle with it, it will feel difficult and challenging. Trust me, I have done this before, and the results have not been good. Follow your FLOW and do what you FEEL LIKE doing, and TRUST that the inspiration WILL COME and you will meet your deadline and get done whatever it is you need to get done. This is so easy, yet people don’t do this. They beat themselves up for being “lazy” and “unproductive” which is contrary to the truth.
If you’re not feeling the “flow” the answer should be “no.” So, learning how to follow your flow will guide you to following your bliss. Go with the Flow!

This week, I’m going a bit “woo-woo!” Yes, that’s right, I’m getting deep into energy, the Law of Attraction, and just how POWERFUL we are! Are you ready for some fun?!? If you don’t know it yet, you’ll know it now, but we are WAY more than these physical bodies that we walk around in! I’m sure you’ve heard it before, but everything is energy. Everything. If you looked at a piece of glass or a piece of wood under a microscope, you could see the movement. Crazy creepy in a way, but so, so cool!
Here’s an exercise to show you how easy it is to do. Hold up both your hands in front of your face, palms up. Look at your non-dominant hand. (For me, that would be my right hand since I’m left-handed.) Then, stare at that hand, imagining it is growing, your fingers are stretching far, far up to the sky. Your hand and fingers keep getting longer and longer. Then, hold your two hands together lining up your fingers and LOOK AT HOW MUCH BIGGER YOUR non-dominant hand is! It’s so powerful! If we can expand the energy of our hand, then we can expand the energy of our entire being!
So, if we are all energy, which we are, how can we make this work FOR us in our lives? The answer is to BE THE BIGGEST ENERGY IN THE ROOM!
How do you do that? Let me explain three ways to make that happen:
Set the Intention Prior to Entering Anywhere
Just before I enter any room — whether it be a networking event, a party, a family gathering, some place where I want to be able to be seen and see who I need to see — I always set the intention right before I enter to “expand my energy.”
What that means is, specifically, I close my eyes, I imagine my heart is lit up like a big, bright light. It’s shining out through every pore, every cell of my body, then beyond the room I am in, beyond the building, beyond the town, beyond the city, the state, the country, the planet, and into the universe! That’s when I feel so EXPANSIVE! I feel “lit up” and like a bright force. By the way, we ALL should feel that way all the time. We have the power and capacity to do it, but most people don’t know that they are capable of that power.
Doing this practice has led more people to come and talk to me than any other practice. I’ve been asked, “Why are you always so easy to find in a crowd?” or “Why do you always get picked for things?” It’s because I do this practice. It’s not egotistical. It’s smart! Look, if I’m spending my free time going to a networking event, I want it to be worthwhile time! I want to make sure that I meet whomever I’m supposed to meet and support them in every way I possibly can.
Do an Expansive Practice During Your Morning Meditation
When you do your morning meditation, begin to incorporate an Energy Expansion practice into the meditation by imagining that the top of your scalp is opening up. Once it’s open, imagine a bright, beautiful light of liquid gold pouring down into your head and dripping all the way down your body, through every part. As it’s pouring down, imagine that bright, gold light shining bright, lighting up and expanding out like the brightness of the sun. Spend a few moments feeling and being brighter than the sun itself. Then, say a mantra “I am open and receptive to everything this powerful energy attracts to me.” You’ll become like a magnet for so many wonderful people and circumstances. So, pay attention to the signs. Some will be subtle and some will blow you away!
Put a Protective Barrier Around Yourself
This is one of the “Rainbow” Practices I developed and use in my life. I teach my clients to use as well. It’s not in the book, like the “Rainbow Breath Meditation” and the “Rainbow Ribbon of Healing” but I also have a practice called the “Rainbow Ball of Protection.” What it does is keep you safe from any negative outside energy. It doesn’t matter what’s going on outside of us, we must learn the art of not “letting it into our energy field” so it won’t affect us. That is what the “Rainbow Ball of Protection” provides for you.
Here is how it works: whenever you’re in a situation that has the potential to go awry or cause you any pain, discomfort, anxiety, etc., you simply close your eyes and imagine that a giant rainbow glass ribbon is wrapping around you into a ball. The ribbon looks like beautiful stained glass in a church — multi colored (like the rainbow). It’s sheer so you can see through it, but it’s hard glass so nothing can penetrate it. The metaphor is you can see what’s going on but it can’t touch you. That way, you’re able to be in toxic conversations and situations without letting it affect you in any way. This is so, so powerful!!!
Expand your energy…because it’s easy, it’s powerful, and it is so much FUN! Try these simple techniques and let me what manifests for you!

I was interviewing Forbes Riley for the World Manifestation Summit on her definition of manifest and how the power of manifestation has contributed to Forbes’ massive success. She told me that the reason for her success is by going after whatever she wanted and never asking anybody for permission to do anything. Now, that is powerful. I know there have been times in my life where I felt like I needed permission to do something that I thought would make me happy. Fortunately, those days are long behind me.
What about you? Do you seek other people’s approval and blessing before you make any decisions? Now, I’m not talking about ‘discussing’ things with your spouse or partner. I’m talking about you wanting to say, “yes” to something, but someone else tells you, “no.” So, you don’t do something based on what someone else’s opinion is, which leaves you feeling bad.
No one is going to give you permission to live your life!
You need to grant it to yourself! Here are three reasons why:
No one else is walking in your footsteps
Whatever the decision is…to marry someone, to change jobs, to have children, to leave a relationship, to go back to school, to convert religions, to quit something…YOU are the one that decides. This is YOUR life! Therefore, the opinions of others come from their perspective, not yours. It’s not their fault…they only know what they know. They can’t truly know what will make YOU happy.
The only opinion I ever listen to is from someone who has done exactly what I want to do and has paved the way and learned the lessons. As Greg Reid has stated, “Successful people seek counsel, where the failures listen to opinion.” If someone hasn’t done what you want to do, then their opinion is based on ignorance. Why would you need to seek their permission or approval to do something they haven’t done?
Don’t put yourself in a position to say ”I should have”
“Shoulda, coulda, woulda” is probably one of the worst expressions ever uttered. Nobody ever wants to feel like that! Regrets that leave you feeling like this and saying those words are the result of you doing something to please someone else instead of doing what was right for you. In my book, “I Have Today: Find Your Passion, Purpose & Smile…Finally!” I have a chapter on “Being Selfish in a Really Good Way.” Being selfish is good! What’s bad is doing, or NOT doing, something you really wanted that you may regret later.
It helps to build your confidence
Strong decision-making skills will bring you more of what you want in life much quicker than anything else! But, it takes confidence to be decisive. When you procrastinate or go back and forth on decisions, it’s a sign of low self-confidence. So many people are afraid to make a “mistake.” Here’s the reality…mistakes will happen! Nothing and no one is perfect! We are not supposed to be! The only way to learn is to try and do. The more you try and do, the more you learn, then the better your decision-making skills become, which leads to greater levels of self-confidence! Soon, you won’t even consider asking another person for permission to do anything. You’ll get so good at it!
Give yourself permission to live your life on your terms. Only you know what makes you happy. Go for it…permission granted!

I recently interviewed Dr. Marissa Pei (also known as “The Chinese Oprah”) for the upcoming WORLD MANIFESTATION SUMMIT launching later this year. When I asked her what her definition of “manifestation” was, she replied with, “Trusting the friendly Universe knows what’s better for me than I do…because a year knows better than a day does.” Isn’t that brilliant?
It got me thinking about the word, “Trust.” After years of not being able to trust myself, yet looking to blame the other person, I realized that the only person I needed to trust…was me.
The behavior of other people didn’t matter. I learned to trust MYSELF and my higher instincts, believe in myself and in my truth, create healthy boundaries, and honor me first. By doing that, I become a magnetic attractor to other honest, trustworthy people. So now, I trust myself implicitly. If it feels right, it is. If it doesn’t, it isn’t.
What about you? Do you trust yourself? Here are three ways to gage your level of self-trust:
Where in your body are you getting the “message?”
I’ve said this before, but it’s worth repeating…I believe you have three minds…your head, your heart, and your gut. When something feels good and right, I feel it in my heart. It feels like my heart is almost lifting out of my chest and causing me to rise. That is definitely a “hell, yes!” When something doesn’t feel right, it feels “icky” in my gut. Do you know that feeling? That is definitely a “no way.”
Your body and soul know all the answers. You are always, always, always being guided. Therefore, you must TRUST yourself to listen to the clues and pay attention to the signs that your physical body is giving to you all the time. Tune in to this and let me know what transpires for you just by doing this one new practice.
Don’t ignore that little voice
If you hear something in your head, pay attention to it. It’s your guidance in another format. Just like you receive answers in your body based on good feelings and bad feelings, you also receive them in what’s known as “that little voice” in your head.
We are ALL intuitive and psychic. Yes, every one of us has that gift. However, some are more in touch with and tuned into it. That doesn’t mean that you can’t heighten your awareness of it and become more intuitive. You can, and you will be glad you did because one of the quickest ways to trust yourself is to LISTEN TO YOURSELF!
You can’t get it wrong
There are no mistakes. None. Everything is a “lesson along the way.” Like Maya Angelou used to say, “When you know better, you do better.” All you need to do is TRUST that everything is working out for you. The universe has your back. The only emotion the universe has is love, and all the focus and attention is on you. Like Dr. Marissa said above, the universe knows more about what’s ahead for you than you do. All you have to do is trust in yourself and know that everything is always working out for you…even if you can’t see it or feel it yet. Just trust it.

You can’t give up on a dream once you’ve dreamed it. Once you want something, you know too much. Life events caused you to want it, so now you can’t go back and wish you didn’t. Your soulmate, a new job, a new career, children, more money, a bigger home, more financial freedom, to retire, to live bigger, fame, fortune, to positively impact the lives of millions. Whatever you want, no matter how big or small, once you have a desire, it’s yours to have. Sometimes the waiting period can be unbearable! Especially if you been asking, and asking and asking, but it’s still not coming. How long are you supposed to keep faith?!
The answer: Indefinitely. And here are three reasons why:
The Law of Attraction
The Law of Attraction is instantaneous. The moment you ask for something, it is already done. The next step is to allow the universe to go to work on your behalf to put together all the cooperative pieces to BRING IT TO YOU. However, since the Law of Attraction is so precise and so immediate (like gravity… if you drop a pencil from your hand, in a second it will be on the floor) if you’re worried about it or have any negative thoughts about it, it can’t come to you. That doesn’t mean it never will. It just means you need to ADJUST YOUR THINKING about what you want from feeling fear and doubt to feeling excitement and anticipation.
Feeling Gratitude Before It Happens
The reason why gratitude is so important is because it puts you in a state of appreciation. I got the chance to meet Lynne Twist, author of “The Soul of Money” at an event last year, and one of the things she said that has stayed with me is, “what we appreciate appreciates.” What that means for you is when you focus on what you have in gratitude and appreciation, you will get more. If you don’t NEED the thing you want to come to you to feel “better,” it will flow to you so quickly!
Stop Asking Over and Over Again
You only need to ask for something ONCE. That’s right… one time. God, the universe, spirit, whatever you believe, hears you loudly and clearly the very first time. Once is enough. When you ask over and over again, you’re basically saying that you don’t have faith that you can have it, or belief that you deserve it. Your feelings of unworthiness say to the universe, “I’m not ready.”
This is a message that I need to be reminded of regularly as well. Let’s face it, we all need a reminder now and then. Let this blog be a constant reminder to you to let go and let flow, to ask and trust that it is given, and to live your life with as much gratitude and appreciation as you possibly can. Then, watch how powerfully you manifest everything you want into your life! How fun!

You’ve heard the expression, “Attitude is Everything.” How we feel about something, anything, comes from our attitude about it. If something, or several things, in your life, aren’t what you want them to be, then the question needs to be asked, “What is my attitude about that?”
I work with people of all ages and all stages of life. I hear from my young clients things like, “I can’t meet a girl. I don’t know how to talk to them. I’m not good at it.” With an attitude like that, of course you’re not good at it! How can you meet anyone you’d be potentially interested in getting to know better if that is the energy and the attitude you have? It can’t happen.
When it comes to money, is your attitude that of “I never have enough money” or “money is hard to make?” If it is, you are blocking the abundance of money available out there, and there is plenty, to come to you! Everything is energy, even money. So, money can feel that. Yes, this may sound a little “woo woo” but, like it or not, that is the way the universe works.
Let’s talk about people. If your attitude towards people is “I don’t trust people” or “people always leave me” then you’ll have untrustworthy “leavers” that come into your life.
My work with my clients focuses on mindset, emotions and language — in that order. What you think determines how you feel. How you feel determines how you speak. How you speak determines what shows up for you. It’s that simple. However, if you get those three areas in check, you’ll be amazed at how much easier, more fun, more productive, more abundant your life will be!
Let me give you three strategies to help you take a look at your attitudes and turn them around so they are working FOR you, not against you.
Make a list of everything that is happening in your life right now in four, easy categories: Love, Money, Success and Happiness.
I have a process called the “Desired Life Design.” It’s a powerful exercise that looks at everything going on in your life, wanted and unwanted. It is my belief that everything can be categorized under these for things. For instance, I categorize my kids under “Love.” I categorize my coaching under “Money.” I categorize my home under “Success” and I categorize my fun under “Happiness.” If you want the template for this exercise, you can email me at info@DianeForster.com and I’ll send it to you. List EVERYTHING and be HONEST with yourself. Write down what your attitude is towards every single item on the list.
Look at the list and see what you consider “Working” and “Not Working.”
This is so telling! When you do this part of the process, you’ll begin to notice where you may have negative or limiting beliefs about what you deserve. For example, making money may come easy to you, but you may have trouble in the area of love, or you may be working so much you haven’t given any attention to fun or social activities in your life. This list is going to tell you volumes about yourself! This is a little harsh to do, as it makes you take a good, hard look at yourself and your beliefs.
Write down what your beliefs and attitudes are about the ones that aren’t working.
We are all a work in progress, so don’t beat yourself up about this. Embrace the fact that you are an ever learning, expanding being and that if you don’t look at what’s not working, you cannot begin to adjust it. Einstein said, “We can’t solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.” Hence, your attitude! The same attitude you had won’t render a different result…ever!
So, take the time to look at this list, then write down the OPPOSITE view, or attitude, about that situation.
Our unconscious mind represents 90% of what goes on in our minds. It is FILLED with old memories, negative chatter, harmful memories, and on and on. The good news is the unconscious mind is literal. It will believe whatever we tell it. Therefore, by “reprogramming” it to believe what we WANT to have happen versus our current reality, and we affirm it over and over again, it WILL change and it WILL believe it. We can adjust our thinking and attitude to be WHATEVER WE WANT IT TO BE! We just have to take the time and care to do the work. It’s totally worth doing.
Change your attitudes and your thinking and you’ll change your life!

We are ALL artists…did you know that? We all are creators and creative beings. Some of us devote our lives to our art. Some of us squeeze it in when we can. Some of us let it lie dormant our whole life! I just finished re-reading Steven Pressfield’s book “The War of Art.” If you haven’t read it, I highly recommend it. He talks about the role resistance plays in our lives. He says, “The more resistance you experience, the more important your unmanifested art/project/enterprise is to you – and the more gratification you will feel when you finally do it.”
Head the Call!
A couple of weeks ago, I wrote about learning how to flow. Much of what I write and speak about is the Law of Attraction, and how easy and fun life is supposed to be. We make it so much harder on ourselves than it needs to be. Many of us spend so much time taking care of things like bills, errands, and commitments that we forget to make time to do what we inherently came to earth to do. That is express ourselves as artists.
So many of us were told when we were young and wanted to be in a band, or travel around the world taking pictures, or become a dancer, “Go to school and get a good job. You’ll never make a living doing that.” So, we grew up thinking it wasn’t important enough and we “tucked it away.” The thing is, eventually your soul will call you out and beg for you to do what it longs for you to do. Either you’ll heed the call, or you’ll live a “less than” life filled with excuses and deep-seeded anguish. I say, “Head The Call!”
I believe everything Steven Pressfield talks about when it comes to the artist and resistance, and I know, personally for me, when I start to write, I feel it every single time. But, the “pro” as he calls it, forges ahead despite the fear and doubt, and gets it done.
What is YOUR Art?

Think about what you used to do as a kid that you’d lose all sense of time about when you did it.
As a child, or a teenager, what did you LOVE to do? When I was very young, I used to love to color and build with Legos. As I got a little older, I loved making scrap books and writing poetry and stories. I’ve been writing in journals since I was a teenager. My soul’s calling was for me to be a writer. Now, with one book complete and many more to come, writing a weekly blog, writing poetry whenever I’m feeling inspired, and short stories, I KNOW that I was destined to be a writer, and the signs showed up when I was a young girl.
What showed up for you back then? Athlete, dancer, singer, artist, painter, sculpture, engineer, designer, musician? Take some time for a moment and think about this. We tend to forget about that time and not think it important because it came to us so easily and effortlessly, that we didn’t value it for the gift that it was!
If time was no object, how would I spend my days expressing myself creatively?
This is WHEN you’ll discover your art. “When” I am writing, time loses all meaning. “When” I am performing on stage, I lose all track of time. “When” I am acting, I feel like there’s no one else in the world but me. “When” I’m painting, I get lost in thought and my fantasies. This is your WHEN. Ask yourself this question and determine your “WHEN.”
What needs to happen in order for me to make time for my art?
This is WHERE you’ll fit this into your life. Time is NOT outside of us. Actually, it comes from within us. We are the ones in charge of our time. Therefore, once you create the heightened awareness that you WANT time to have fun with your art, all you need to do now is figure out where to schedule it in. Then, all you need to do is JUST DO IT! Make it a priority to work and play with your art. Express yourself authentically, and don’t let “resistance” stop you! Then, let the rest of us see it, because we WANT to!
The company is I HAVE TODAY. That’s all we have. Are you spending your day the way you want to? Is there something you’re doing each day that you can feel a sense of accomplishment and pride for at the end of the day. If not, it’s probably because you’re not making time in your day for the thing that feeds your soul the most…and that is your art. So, stop putting it off. The nag and pull won’t go away. Get to it!

How to Trust & Believe in Yourself
This week’s episode is Part 4 in our 6 Part Series called, “Change Your Language, Change Your Life.” Your life will change for the better when you replace TREPIDATION with TRUST.
Before I began to trust and believe in myself and trust that life is actually working FOR me and not against me, so many bad things were happening to me. I was getting sick all the time, and things were not going the way I wanted them to. I had to learn that I have the inner guidance and mechanisms to guide life with ease and flow.
How about you? Do you notice that when things don’t seem to be working out for you? That there is probably a part of you that isn’t trusting…yourself or others?
When you don’t trust yourself, it feels like a push-pull is going on. You want to do something, like take some action. You don’t do it because you’re filled with trepidation, and quite frankly, excuses. You come up with all the reasons why NOT to do something. At the core of that experience is lack of trust.
So, today, the conversation is about learning how to trust, and I share with you 3 powerful ways to make that happen.
- Use the Mantra “I HAVE TODAY to Start Fresh and New”
That is a line from the poem, “I HAVE TODAY” in my book, “I HAVE TODAY…Find Your Passion, Purpose and Smile…Finally!” Basically, what that means to you is that when you wake up each day, you don’t have to bring your past with you into your NOW.
Dr. Joe Dispenza speaks about and teaches us that we have to “Create Your Future Vision” instead of “Living in the Memory of your Past.” He also says that your past does not define your future. I LOVE THAT! How we do that is to practice daily meditation. You’ve got to get quiet so that you can allow the visions and daydreams of the future you want to come in to your mind. When you do that, you can then take actions towards that future you desire. You must TRUST the images you see because that is your inner guidance giving you the road map to get there!
2. Your Heart is Your #1 Mind!
Did you know that, according to Gregg Braden, your heart has “thinking capabilities” and that’s where our answers and guidance come from first! Gregg also states that the reason that most people die between the ages of 70-100 is because of trapped emotions in the heart! While the heart is designed to keep us alive for many, many years longer, years of trapped pain in the heart causes us to die, literally, of broken hearts that manifest into disease. But, what if…we listened to and trusted our heart more? Would we live longer, happier lives? It’s worth exploring, don’t you think?
3. You Must Know Your WORTHINESS
When I did my TEDx Talk, I performed a powerful meditation called, “Powerful Self-Worth” and have attached a link to it here. Please watch it (it’s only 6 minutes) and let me know how you feel after. When you have Powerful Self-Worth, that leads to more self-trust, which leads to greater confidence, which leads to better, faster decision-making, which creates swifter progress in your life, and you manifest what you want that much faster! It’s so powerful!
You now know that there really isn’t any reason to have trepidation. Things really are always working out for you, even if you can’t see it in the moment. So, remember, you have each day to start fresh and new, your heart is your first mind, and you have all the power! Trust and believe in yourself!

Do you ever enter an environment and immediately feel its negativity and wonder if there’s anything you can do about it?
We’re all born as feeling beings. As infants we instinctively used feelings and emotions to get our needs met. We all possess the ability to be empathic in varying degrees. We can often feel the positive or negative energy when we enter a room or when we encounter another person.
According to Ashley Lee, by being conscious of what we are encountering, we can take steps to change it. Ashley Lee supports people in connecting them to their natural state, which is love. Ashley is the CEO for Ashley Lee Healing and Center for Conscious Kids. She works to transform the lives of highly sensitive kids and adults by uncovering the root causes of pain and sensitivities while using Advanced Energy Healing and Self Empowerment Tools.

Many highly sensitive people experience the world in a multi-sensory way. They see things a little deeper, a little broader, a little more expanded than the rest of us. They feel more intensely. Their whole immune system and nervous system sings with emotions. Until they learn how to harness this gift, they may feel like they can’t get away from them or know how to navigate them. Many of these individuals end up with illnesses such as autoimmune diseases, allergies, and asthma because they are highly sensitive to the world around them.
There are four root causes of physical pain and illness.
The root of an individual’s pain or illness could be any combination of these four. Ashley looks for the primary cause so that she can unravel it and change its energetic flow pattern to free the body so that the person feels better physically.
When a person starts to clear these discordances in their energetic past, present, and future, they start to clear the pathways through which the energies flow. Their bodies then feel better, and when their bodies feel better they are less sensitive to physical discomfort and pain. When they’re free from pain, the energy flows so that they think more clearly, emote more clearly, and have the ability to live from their true nature. When overwhelmed by trauma, illnesses, and life experience, it’s impossible to live from, and even know your true nature. Being blocked, in pain, and ill can be a person’s “normal” state for so much of their life.
When we experience a negative environment, we can do many things to master that environment.
When identifying and overcoming negative environments, it is so important to learn how to navigate conflict resolution. The most effective way to resolve conflict is simply acknowledging that it exists. Conflict is essentially judgement towards yourself or someone else. When you choose to acknowledge the judgment, you can master it by saying, “I am choosing to change the way I see this.” In doing so, we let go of our judgments.
It can feel more difficult to let go of the judgments that others have towards us. We tend to believe that if another person has a judgment towards us we have to wait for them to change that judgment for us to be free from it.
But we don’t even have to ask the other person to change their judgment. We can choose to step into a realm of compassion and let go of the judgment. We get very clear when we drop the judgments of ourselves and/or others. It sets us in a space of love and compassion, even if it is a nasty judgment coming our way.
These are ways we can support each other in relating better and more deeply. And when we have better relationships, we become healthier physically. Our heart rate drops, our blood pressure comes down, our breathing deepens and becomes more regular, our hormones balance, our neurotransmitters balance. When they balance, we can think more clearly, we can sleep better, and we can function and process things much easier.
A lot of times when we let go of our judgments, we recognize through compassion that it’s not about us. It’s really not.”
